Richard Kent is professor emeritus at the University of Maine. He is also director emeritus of the Maine Writing Project, a site of the National Writing Project. The award-winning author of many books, including Writing on the Bus, The Athlete's Workbook, and Room 109, Kent works with teachers, students, athletes, and coaches at all levels. In his free time, he can be found hiking or cross-country skiing the western mountains of Maine with his Bernese Mountain Dog, Bailey Tuckerman. He maintains a resource website at WritingAthletes.com

Josie Bray is a director, choreo- grapher, and producer who has worked at regional and Off-Broadway theatres, and as an assistant on several national tours and the 2009 Broadway Revival of Ragtime. Josie was the Co-Artistic director of the Animus Ensemble, a Boston-based theatre company, for five years and also served as the Executive Director of Green Street Studios, Center for Movement and Dance. Josie has taught at several colleges including Emerson College and is a lead producer on Trevor, a New Musical. Josie coaches young artists, practices somatics and meditation, and enjoys spending time with her family.
